What support does Tableau offer?

Product support for one year is included with your initial purchase. In other words, the prices listed on our website include the first year’s maintenance, and maintenance does include product support. After the first year, you can renew your maintenance plan to continue receiving support. Just contact your sales department if you have any questions about your account. What does it mean that Tableau's prices include maintenance?
