Tableau Software Honored by Washington Software Alliance
Selected in two categories for prestigious 2006 Industry Achievement Awards

SEATTLE, WA – March 8, 2006 — Tableau Software®, a pioneer in the development of visual analysis software for the business intelligence industry, announced today that it has been selected in two categories by the Washington Software Alliance (WSA) for the 2006 Industry Achievement Awards. Tableau was named Most Promising New Company and Most Promising New Technology.

The WSA is the state's oldest and largest technology trade organization focused on ensuring Washington State's leadership position in the digital economy. This annual event recognizes Washington state companies and agencies that best demonstrate innovation and excellence in technology.
